Who handles your data
Masko OS operates this website. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to operation@osmasko.com.
Business registration details will be reflected in contractual and invoicing documents applicable to paid engagements.
What we collect
- Information you submit in the project form, such as your name, work email, company/project and the operational problem you describe.
- Optional Google Analytics usage data, but only after you choose to allow analytics.
- Technical/security information generated by hosting and infrastructure providers where necessary to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
Project enquiries
To review your request, reply, discuss scope and take steps you ask us to take before a possible engagement.
Website security and operation
To keep the website functional, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
Analytics
With your consent, to understand how people use the website and improve its content and navigation. You can withdraw that consent through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
Service providers
The website may rely on providers including Netlify for hosting/forms, Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics when you consent, and Payhip when you choose to visit the external digital-product store. Those providers process information under their own terms and data-protection arrangements.
How long we keep data
Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, managing an engagement where one follows, maintaining appropriate business records, and establishing or defending legal claims where necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
